Can I place an order thru your social media channels or hotline?
Unless instructed via the official Katrè social media accounts, standard orders are advised to be placed thru katremnl.com for proper documentation. Your order form serves as your protection and guarantee. Orders placed via email, Viber, SMS and the Katrè social media channels may not be entertained.
Where do I send proof of payment for Bank Transfer and GCash options?
Proof of payments may be sent to our email hello@katremnl.com or
via Viber +63956 964 0116. Remember to state your name and order number.
Can I reserve the items in my cart?
Due to our limited inventory, reservations are currently not allowed.
Unpaid or abandoned shopping carts will be automatically deleted within 24 hours.
You may receive an email reminder should you have an unpaid cart.
Do you include gift receipts?
Gift receipts may be requested via the Add a Note box upon checkout.
Otherwise, an official receipt will be automatically included in your order.
When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within 24 hours after receipt and you should receive them within 3 business days. However, processing time may take longer depending on the third party carrier and the personalization selection. Processing does not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that we are only open from Monday to Friday.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping, unfortunately.
Do you have a warranty policy?
We care deeply about the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. If you believe there is a material defect with your order, please contact us immediately within 3 days after receipt so we can help you.
